Cancellation Policy:
We operate a no refund policy on cancellations (Including Gift Card’s). Instead, we would be happy to move your date completely free of charge – Depending on availability.

Cancellation by us:
Apple Camping reserves the right to cancel your accommodation at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. If we are unable to provide you with safe accommodation due to extreme weather conditions, ill health, fire, flooding or any other circumstances outside our control we will return your payment, in full, to you.

Apple Camping cannot accept liability or responsibility for any loss, including consequential loss, caused by cancellation.

Gift Card:
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part. Gift Cards are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase and must be redeemed before their expiry date. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards cannot be replaced. If a booking made using a Gift Card is cancelled, the value of the Gift Card will remain available to use towards a future booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit of £100 will be requested. This is to cover damages and any of the in-unit purchasable items. It is also to protect guests from group bookings made without agreement or anti-social behaviour.  This will be refunded 7 to 10 days after your stay.

Non Paying Guests:
Although we understand the desire to invite friends for a cup of tea or a drink in your bespoke accommodation. Non-paying guests are not allowed on site due to limited facilities, car parking, health and safety and security reasons.

Parking:
One onsite car parking space is provided per unit booked, please contact us if you require more due to limited car parking spaces.

Vehicles and their contents are left at your own risk.
